SHOP Groceries General Return Policy


Under the United Kingdom's Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from SHOP Groceries, for a refund, from the period you place your order until 14 days after your received your goods. The right of cancellation does not apply to:

• the supply of goods which may deteriorate or expire rapidly; (e.g. perishable foods, flowers, etc.)
• the delivery of products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery;
• the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;
• the delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines;
• the supply of alcoholic beverages whose actual value is dependent on fluctuations in the market which we cannot control.

Exceptions: In case of perishable products, and in case of any faulty or poor quality, you can hand the goods back to the driver at the time of delivery. In case the customer returns the goods to the driver, customer must notify SHOP.COM at immediately and no Return Merchandise Authorization form is necessary. Failure to notifying SHOP.COM my delay any refund or reshipments.


If you change your mind and wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided that returned item is still sealed and unused and still have all packaging intact.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of shipment, and returned within 7 working days of the issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Please see below instructions regarding this form.

We must receive the returned items within the 28 day period. All returns must be 100% intact, in the original carton or packaging, unopened with the RMA number. All accessories that come with the package must also be included. Unfortunately if merchandise is returned to our warehouse in a non-restockable condition, the merchandise may be returned to you at your expense.

If you believe you received a product different of what you ordered, a product is damaged or something is wrong with it, you must send a picture to with the corresponding order number, within 14 days or sooner after received the goods, in order to speed the process of identifying the problem and process your refund or replacement, if applicable.

If you request a refund more than 14 days after shipment, a refund will be considered but not guaranteed and will be at the sole discretion of SHOP.COM.

We cannot cover shipping costs for return goods.
