Directions
Shake well prior to use. Place a small amount (15ml / 3 teaspoons) of mouthwash in mouth. Swish thoroughly for 30 seconds. Gargle and spit.

I was SO impressed by the wonderful ingredients in this mouthwash. Lots of healthy ingredients which are known to be soothing and/or boost health. I actually first got this mouthwash a few days after catching the nasty cold going around my cubicle-filled office. I swished and gargled with this twice a day, in addition to taking extra vitamins... First it was very soothing to my sore throat, and second I was back to my normal self in only a WEEK and all my coworkers are still very sick. I think good oral health can boost immune system incredibly. My breath feels fresh for a long time and I LOVE how it doesn't burn (there is no alcohol like other brands). The mint is also not so strong that it makes my eyes water or my nose burn.
