Right To Cancel/Unwanted Returns
We want you to be happy every time you shop with us. If for any reason you are unhappy with the items you have purchased just return them to us unopened and in their 'original condition' within 14 days from receipt. The cost of returning unwanted items is paid by the customer.
No reason is necessary for the withdrawal, which may be given in writing (an e-mail will suffice), we will then supply our returns address or that of a supplier and a returns number, please also include your original invoice.
Once checked over your payment will be refunded minus the cost of the original postage. Please allow upto 28 days for refunds
For any items that are delivered damaged or faulty we must be informed within 7 days of its delivery.
We are sorry but we do not take responsibility for damaged items reported outside of this period.
We advise customers to fully check items upon their arrival regardless of when they are required.
In extreme cases we may ask for a photograph of the damage to be emailed to us.
Items must be returned in original packaging, we suggest storing all packaging until you are entirely happy with your purchase.
Any postage for damaged or faulty items will be paid by CheesyBugToys, for small items we ask that customers returns the item to us and we will reimburse the reasonable costs, for larger items we will arrange for a courier to collect.
Please note that the telesales law forbids the return of certain goods.

Radio Controlled Items
By purchasing from CheesyBugToys you are entering into a legally binding contract and the following terms and conditions apply:
1. Please check your item BEFORE USE. Once fuel has been put into your model only the radio control and engine are covered by a 3 month warranty. If you require details on how to check your model before use please ask us.
2. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by miss-use or general wear and tear.
3. If you believe you have a faulty engine or radio; please contact us before returning for details.
4. These models are NOT TOYS. If you have no experience with nitro models you will need to do some research on how to tune and set your engine and also how to check it before use. We will offer advice and help to newcomers as much as possible but are unable to accept returns for items that have been damaged by incorrect use, from customers who are unable to adjust their models or from customers who have not fully checked their models before use.
5. Any item that is returned to us used and found to be not faulty or not covered by the warranty will be subject to a £15 testing fee. You will also need to pay the postage if you require the item to be sent back to you. Testing is done by our supplier
6. Please note all specification and colours on our products are subject to change without notice. All photo's used on this website are are for guidance only and the actual product may vary slightly from the displayed photo.
7. Due to the nature of the products we sell and the environment they operated in, breakages can often occur. It is extremely difficult to determine the level of use and the conditions that a product may have been subjected to. For this reason we offer a Guarantee for a period of 90 days from the day you received your purchase. When claiming under a warranty the product or defective parts must be retuned to us for examination. You will be notified by email if your claim is valid. If the product or parts are not covered by the warranty a quote will be supplied for repair or replacement and the cost of returning the product or parts back to you. All warranty claims decisions are final.
All Childrens Bedroom furniture carries a 5 year guarantee period against major manufacturing defects
Returns Policy for Childrens Bedroom Furniture:
Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging, and we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. Where goods are returned due to damages or faults delivery charges will also be refunded. Where goods are returned when no fault or damage is reported delivery charges will not be refunded.
Collection of large items of furniture will be arranged by Supplier. We are not able to refund the cost of postage and collection.
Damages & Faults:
All furniture provided carries a 5 year guarantee to protect you against manufacturing defects. Our teams work hard to check all items before they are dispatched to you. In the unlikely event that goods are damaged in transit or you receive faulty goods please contact us immediately. We will work with you to rectify the problem promptly, providing replacements or refunds where necessary. Collection of large items of furniture will be arranged by our supplier. Refunds will be made once items have been returned and received by the supplier. Refunds given in these circumstances will include delivery charges incurred.
If you wish to cancel your order before it is due to be dispatched please email us immediately quoting your order number. In the event that the item has already been dispatched, the customer will incur the cost of delivery. (£49+Vat)
