All returned item(s) must be in original condition along with packaging and tags and sent back to us within 14 days from the date you received them. (excluding underwear for hygiene reasons) A full refund for the price of the item(s) will then be given.
We highly recommend that you use Royal Mail's recorded delivery service for returned item(s) and retain the counterfoil, AS WE CANNOT REFUND GOODS NOT RECEIVED AT OUR PREMISES. Refunds will not be made until we have received the goods from you. Returns remain the responsibility of the customer until it reaches us.(We recommend you use the recorded delivery service)
