We offer a generous returns policy providing items are returned in their original condition, unworn, as new, and in the case of hosiery, unopened. 'As new' means it can be tried on in the privacy of your boudoir (over your own underwear for knickers.
What Katie Did's standard returns period is 4 weeks from when you recieve the goods, but we extend this to 6 weeks for overseas customers. A little leeway is available around Christmas and Valentine's Day: items ordered in December can be returned up until the end of January, and items ordered from 15th January can be returned up until the end of February.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Any refunds will be refunded to the card used to pay for the original order.

Goods are returned to What Katie Did at the customer's cost. Postage will not be refunded unless the return is due to a manufacturing fault or our error. Please obtain proof of postage as What Katie Did is not liable for lost packages. Proof of postage is free in the UK, just request a proof of posting card at your local post office and get it stamped when you post your parcel.
Overseas customers should send their returns using a prepaid, insured, traceable method. Please ensure that the item is marked as a 'return' on the customs form to avoid delays.
